We were hoping you loved your purchase but we understand things don't always work out. We will gladly accept exchanges/returns on unused and unwashed items that are in the original condition and within 30 days of receiving your order.
When returning goods to Ostroy please return the packing slip we provided or write us a note with your order number and the information on your exchange/return. This will help us expedite the process.
Please note any Ostroy issued return labels are valid for 28 days. After 28 days we have to void the shipping label. Please be sure to send your item back in a timely manner.

We recommend you order the item you wish to exchange to at ostroy.com and return the original order with tracking. Please send us a note to shipping@ostroy.com stating that the new order is an exchange and we can mark the item properly so duties will not be charged a second time. Please keep your exchanged goods tracking number for reference. Your original order will be refunded less original shipping cost once the package is received.

- Products purchase on sale (excluding first time purchase discount) receive a store credit or an exchange.
- Refunds and store credits are issued exclusive of shipping costs and only for the goods purchased.
- When returning or exchanging products please return the product in original condition with tags attached. Returns received without tags will receive a store credit.
- If you are sending the order back on your own please retain the tracking number. Ostroy is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail and we can only issue a refund or exchange once we receive the returned order.
- Please pack your returned order well in a similar container you received your order in. Please make sure it is sealed properly.

DAMAGED GOODS & FAULTY PRODUCT
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product we will happily replace the order at no cost to you. We stand by the products we produce and will repair or replace any damaged item. Please contact
