  • You will receive a prepaid label for the return package.
  • If possible please reuse the bag we sent your original order in. If that is not possible a similar bag. Returning items in cardboard boxes will result in processing delays.    
  • Please include the original packing slip or return slip and attach the label to the bag.
  • This policy is for orders direct on ostroy.com.  If you purchased any Ostroy products from one of our retail partners please contact them directly.  

International returns

International Exchanges:

Due to the nature of cross-border transactions, we’re unable to offer exchanges through our return portal.

We do offer a 10% bonus when you choose store credit. Start your return here to receive your bonus.  Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your items plus 10%.

Important:
Include the RMA packing list inside your package. Missing documentation may cause delays in processing.

The fine print:
  • We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or washed.  Items received by Ostroy that have been worn or washed will be sent back to the customer.  
  • Original hang-tags must be attached to garments as they were received.  Returns received without tags will receive a store credit.
  • For sanitary reasons we will not accept items returned in medical, medicinal or food packaging containers.  Please use the original bag we sent - if that is not available another similar bag.  Items returned in any box will result in processing delays.   
  • Socks, prints and water bottles are sold as Final Sale.  They cannot be returned or exchanged.  
  • Ostroy will provide a prepaid shipping label on domestic returns and exchanges.   
  • Ostroy does not cover the cost or provide shipping labels on international returns outside the United States.  
  • Please note we charge a $10 restocking fee per order (not per item) for returns to original payment method.  $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label provided and processing.  
  • Sale items (excluding first-time purchase discounts) are eligible for store credit or exchange only, not refunds to the original payment method. This includes Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Flash sales with discounts of 20% or more.  
  • Refunds and store credits are issued exclusive of shipping costs and only for the goods purchased.
  • If you are sending the order back on your own please retain the tracking number.  Ostroy is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail and we can only issue a refund or exchange once we receive the returned order.  
  • Please pack your returned order well in a similar container you received your order in.  Please make sure it is sealed properly.    
  • Store credit bonus incentive is capped at $25.00 per order.  
  • Please note any Ostroy issued return labels are valid for 28 days.  After 28 days we have to void the shipping label.  Please be sure to send your item back in a timely manner.
  • If you are sending back products using your own shipping method we strongly recommend using method with tracking services.  Ostroy is not responsible for lost return items. 
  • Products in Final Sale collections are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale products are not eligible for additional discounts.
