We started with a long list of specifications but we decided usingemu feathers in the chamois, or hand-dyeing them by the indigenous craftsman of Elba, were things we could live without. The result is the goldilocks of bibs: offering key features and style, but ours don't cost as much as a power meter. Dyed to a rich blue for that look that won’t fade.

Wash whites and dark colors separately in cold water.
Wash inside out and zipped up.
Do not tumble dry. Hang and dry instead.
Do not bleach, dry clean or iron.
Do not use softeners, washing powders and avoid big commercial detergents.
Do use enzyme-free detergents like Seventh Generation, Trader Joes or LeBlanc.
