- Ostroy customers are responsible for shipping charges back to New York City for exchanges and returns.
- Please retain the tracking number when shipping returns and exchanges back to us.
- Returns are refunded less original shipping charges

- We offer Free USPS First Class domestic mail on orders $75 and over
- $3.50 Flat rate domestic shipping on orders under $75
- Free USPS First Class International mail on orders $150 and over
- Weight based International shipping on orders under $150
- Tracking information will be sent once your order is processed
- We typically pack and ship packages the same day on orders before 2pm EST
- What you should do when the tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received your package.
- Sometimes USPS makes a mistake and marks an item delivered or delivers to your neighbor by mistake. Check your neighbors then give it a day or two, USPS usually rectifies the issue.
- Contact your local post office or mail carrier with the tracking number provided. Most likely the package was undeliverable and is at the Post Office. For International orders please provide the tracking number to your respective carriers. You can visit your respective carriers website with the tracking number provided to get more information on your package. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post
